RMT, BA, TRP, Apprentice Ancient Lomi Lomi

Caroline specializes in Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Thai Massage, somatic practices and myofascial work. She enjoys integrating aspects of reflexology, jaw-pelvis connection, sports and Indian head massage to her sessions. She believes in the many health benefits of cultivating joy and relaxing the nervous system. She encourages developing the ability to listen to our bodies, especially through conscious movement forms like dancing.

The care Caroline provides in her treatments arises from her empathy developed through her personal experiences of healing, passion of the human condition and her attention to detail supported by a global vision of health.

Academic credentials: Diploma in Massage Therapy (ON, 2013), BA with Honours in Psychology (NB, 2010), College Diploma in Physical Rehabilitation (QC, 1999).

Movement Facilitator, Mentor, Caregiver, Artist

Through many workshops, travels and life adventures, Caroline has gained experience and wisdom in diverse fields that inspire personal growth, intellectual development and emotional integration. She had the honour to study with wonderful teachers in multiple healing domains especially the arts of movement, dance and vocalization.

In the past, Caroline has worked as a home caregiver and facilitated group exercises amongst the elderly and people with special needs. She has been a speaker on Positive Psychology for professional seminars and done many odd jobs for the simple joy of experiencing different things.

While living in Toronto, she discovered her passion for the somatic practices in the movement/conscious dance community (5Rhythms, Contact Improvisation, Ecstatic Dance). She got involved as a facilitator, collaborated as a DJ for the ORCJ (Ontario Regional Contact Jam) and co-founded a weekly Ecstatic Dance.

Caroline brought her love of movement and dance to Moncton (NB, 2015) and facilitated the first Ecstatic Dances in the region.

She was an invited DJ at the Rassemblement Essence in Ste-Marie (NB, 2018) and is currently hosting a weekly free-form style movement dance practice for all called DANCE + just outside of Moncton.

Caroline desires to contribute to her community by raising awareness of the importance of moving, expressing and taking care of oneself while having some fun.
