Movement Facilitator, Caregiver, Artist

Through many workshops, travels and life adventures, Caroline has gained experience and wisdom in diverse fields that inspire personal growth, intellectual development and emotional integration. She had the honour to study with wonderful teachers in multiple healing domains especially in the arts of vocalization, movement and dance.

In the past, Caroline has worked as a home caregiver and facilitated group exercises amongst the elderly and people with special needs. She has been a speaker on Positive Psychology for professional seminars and done many odd jobs, especially in the food and beverages industry.

While living in Toronto (2011-2020), she discovered her passion for the somatic practices in the movement/conscious dance community (5Rhythms, Contact Improvisation, Ecstatic Dance) as well as emotional integration with voice classes. She got involved as a facilitator, collaborated as a DJ and co-founded The Sunday Dance, a weekly Ecstatic Dance. In 2015, she came to visit friends in Moncton and shared her love of movement and dance and facilitated the first Ecstatic Dances in the area. She formally returned in the region in 2020 and created a bi weekly free style dance gathering named DANCE + (2023-2025).

Caroline desires to contribute to her community by raising awareness of the importance of moving, expressing and taking care of oneself while having some fun please and thank youuuu!
